Digital Products

Our products are supplied as digital downloads or digital services. No physical goods are shipped.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Digital software

• Configuration files

• Digital activation codes or license keys

• Downloadable files

• Digital subscriptions

• Streaming access credentials

Delivery

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after successful payment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or technical processing.

If you do not receive your order within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to digital content supplied without a tangible medium once:

• Delivery of the digital content has begun.

• You have expressly requested immediate access or download.

• You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

By purchasing and accessing or downloading our digital products, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not provided after delivery.

Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered.

• A duplicate payment was made.

• The product is unusable due to a verified technical fault that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

Refund requests based solely on a change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase, or failure to read the product description are generally not eligible.
